Barn Margins Calculator privacy notice
This notice applies to the rHerd Barn Margins Calculator and its contact forms.
What we collect
We collect your name, email, barn name, state, and any optional phone number or barn-management challenges you provide. The numbers you enter in the calculator are stored in your browser and, when you sign in, saved with your email-linked calculator account.
How we use your information
We use your information to deliver calculator links and results, provide secure access, and save and restore your calculator. Saved calculator entries are available for at least 30 days from your latest save. We send marketing emails only if you choose the optional marketing checkbox. You can request to stop marketing emails at any time.
Sharing and analytics
We never sell your information. Service providers help us host the tool, store its data, and deliver emails. When site analytics is enabled, we measure visits and calculator progress without sending your email address, calculator amounts, or free-form answers in those events.
Your choices and deletion requests
You can use the calculator without opting into marketing. To request deletion of your stored information or ask a privacy question, email erinbraaten@rherd.app. Signing out does not delete previously saved records. A downloaded Excel file is your local copy; sharing the calculator link does not share your results.
